Our mode of operation can be expressed in various steps. Everything starts from discussion with the customer, from which we receive information on production requirements. We then suggest a number of project proposals related to the implementation of construction activities. Our internal design team presents a concise layout of the plant. The following are discussed on a virtual level: advantages and features, problems to be solved and achieved productivity.

Pre-Sales Service

Together with the design proposal, an economic proposal containing basic information on system implementation is provided, including:

• Construction methods
• Technological contents
• Materials used and optionals
• Performance
• Later implementations, if required
• Time and methods of development and delivery
• Economic proposal

After-Sales Service

Our facility provides technical staff for after-sales service following construction, installation and commissioning of the plant. This team is always ready and able to intervene to prevent so-called production stoppage for the customer.
A stopped plant = losses. On the basis of this simple equation, Caoduro Impianti has built a philosophy of quick and decisive customer assistance. Our service centre immediately responds to your requests and offers highly qualified engineers on-site in max 24 hours within Italy and 48 hours abroad.
Caoduro Impianti offers the possibility to stipulate annual service agreements to ensure monitoring of plant facilities and to be able to propose the necessary maintenance over the years.
